Three months ago next month in July....I conquered a long time phobia/fear thanks to watching an episode of Mindfreak. Ever since I can remember I always had a fear of going down on an escalator, I always had to use the elevator. After watching this episode of Mindfreak (it was an episode from Season 1 where Criss was doing a demonstration on the street where he had somebody hold a hat and told them to think of the one thing they feared the most) and it was what he said something about it all being in your mind(being afraid of whatever it was you were afraid of) that stuck with me. It helped me conquer this fear/phobia in so many ways. It gave me part of my life back in some ways. Criss Angel has inspired me so much, I hope someday to tell him in person just how much he has. :)

I was watching the E! True Hollywood story Criss Angel last night and halfway through the program the channel went (no picture, no sound) and it was that way for about five minutes or so and I was like "No......don't do this now....ugh!" Anyway I played my DVD back and the whole program is on there....no interruption or anything....I'm like "No way....no freakin' way".....a Mindfreak.... my mind is freaked out.

My mind was freaked yesterday....I got a postcard from Sea World from my best friend, on the front of it is two whales coming up in the air out of the water....and the sign right behind them says "Believe".....I was like no way...holy crap...of all the postcards they have there at Sea World my best friend picks that one....I mean what are the chances.....they could've picked any postcard there too....I was just totally mindfreaked by ......I'm hearing the Mindfreak theme in my head now.....
